Foods to Eat For Fat Burning

My advice regarding eating for maximum fat burning could not be simpler. Whole, natural foods; this way you will get the best fitness levels, best body and best energy levels.

Fat Burning

Avoid processed foods. You will find that this stuff comes in a bag or box. So stay away from crackers, cookies, donuts, white bread, muffins etc... As a child my parents always stressed the importance of eating my fruit and vegetables and what they said couldn't be truer; along with lean meats, nuts and healthy fats. It may take a while to wean yourself off the processed stuff that you are now probably addicted to, but along the way you will appreciate the taste of real food again.

You don't have to eat meat but eating beef, chicken and fish certainly isn't bad for you. Fish especially is good for you as it has essential fatty acids your body can't live without. There has been a big shift from the low fat mentality in the 80's and 90's.

Now people realize that eating fish and nuts will not make them fat, in fact it is an essential part of a healthy and balanced diet. By following the whole, natural food path you will notice changes in your energy level and body shape in a matter of days. If you often suffer from tiredness, get rid of the processed food.

In my opinion, nutrition is the most important factor in fat burning. A favorite quote of mine is. "Abs are made in the Kitchen, NOT the Gym!" If you are eating the wrong foods, ingesting too much trans-fats and processed junk no matter what you do you will not get maximum benefit from your exercise program.

Clients who have changed their diet to natural, whole foods have reported changes in their body and energy almost overnight. So stick with simple nutrition for maximum fat burning.
